Hourly rate:

• $300/hour (Bay Area and Sacramento Area)

• $400/hour (Outside of the Bay Area and Sacramento Area) 

• Three (3) hour minimum

• ​Hourly rate can be split between the parties equally or however otherwise agreed upon.

• Hourly rate includes mediation brief review and other pre-mediation work.

Deposit:

• Deposit of three (3) hours is required seven (7) calendar days prior to commencement of mediation.

Court referrals:

Reduced fees and free time requirements of court sponsored ADR programs will be honored.​

Administrative fee:

• None

Cancellations:

• Cancellation notice must be given at least seven (7) calendar days in advance.

• Three (3) hour minimum charge for mediations cancelled within seven (7) calendar days.​
