Najwa Sabrie, Esq.

Najwa Sabrie is an Oakland native. She developed an interest in mediation while in law school after learning how pleasing mediation can be to all of those involved. She is attracted to the basic notion of justice that mediation advances: parties to a dispute are in control of resolving it how they feel is fair as oppose to someone else being in control of the outcome.

Ms. Sabrie began mediating in 2015 and has helped to resolved numerous cases in various fields, some of which include: business disputes, contract disputes, divorce and child custody disputes, employer/employee disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, neighbor disputes, probate and will disputes, property damage disputes, real estate disputes, small claims, and workplace disputes.
